Synsational Irrigation & Landscaping
Situation
Synsational is an owner-run irrigation and landscaping company serving Longmont, Colorado — mowing, fertilization, sprinkler systems, aeration and seeding, and seasonal cleanup. The business runs on the owner's phone. He needed a real web presence, and just as importantly, a way to keep it current — prices, photos, seasonal services — without calling a developer every time something changed.
What Metra Built
An eight-page site on the company's own domain: a home page, dedicated pages for each service, a service-area page, and an about page — structured so each service matches what customers actually search for, with the schema markup search engines and AI assistants read.
Then the part we're most proud of: a self-serve editor. The owner opens a private edit page on his phone, changes any text or photo, previews it, and hits "Send it in." The change is checked and applied automatically — live on the real site in about two minutes, no phone call, no waiting on us.

Key Decisions
- Text-first contact. Lawn care customers text. "Text Us" sits next to the call button on every page, wired to the business line.
- Owner edits without a developer. The editor has guardrails built in — color combinations too dark to read are blocked automatically, every submission is validated before it ships — so the owner can't accidentally break his own site.
- One page per service. "Sprinkler repair Longmont" and "lawn aeration Longmont" are different searches with different intent. Each gets its own page instead of one generic services list.
