These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Metra Agency LLC ("Metra Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our services, website, or communications, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Metra Agency provides web design, development, and hosting services for local businesses. We may build demo websites at no cost to demonstrate our capabilities. Demo websites remain the property of Metra Agency until a service agreement is executed and payment is received.

2. Demo Websites

• Demo websites are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes only.
• Demo sites may contain placeholder content (reviews, images, text) that is not representative of your actual business.
• We reserve the right to remove demo websites at any time.
• Demo websites are not intended for commercial use until a paid service agreement is in place.

3. Paid Services

Upon entering a service agreement:

• Website design and setup fees are due as outlined in your individual agreement.
• Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are billed on a recurring basis.
• Pricing is communicated prior to any paid service commencing.
• You may cancel monthly hosting at any time with 30 days written notice.

4. Communications & Consent

By providing your phone number or submitting a lead form, you consent to receive communications from Metra Agency, including:

• Text messages (SMS/MMS) about our web design services
• Phone calls regarding your project or inquiry
• Emails with project updates, offers, or information

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.

5. Intellectual Property

• All website designs, code, and creative work produced by Metra Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website for your business purposes.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information for use in your website
• Review demo websites and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Not hold Metra Agency liable for placeholder content displayed on demo sites

7. Limitation of Liability

Metra Agency provides services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, recurring services (hosting, maintenance) will cease at the end of the current billing period. We may remove hosted websites 30 days after termination unless other arrangements are made.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
