We provide mobile auto repair and maintenance services in Thornton, Colorado and surrounding areas of the Denver metro and Northern Colorado. Services are provided subject to availability, weather, and on-site safety conditions. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule work when we cannot safely perform it at your chosen location.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during work. We will always contact you for approval before performing work that goes beyond the original estimate.
3. Warranty
Our standard workmanship warranty applies to the repairs we perform. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by accident, misuse, continued operation of a vehicle with a known problem, environmental damage, or modification by a third party. 4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid balances may accrue late fees and, where permitted by law, may be referred to collections.
5. Customer Responsibilities

- Ensure the service location is safe, flat, and legally accessible for the work to be performed.
- Have lawful authority to request work on the vehicle.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Mobile Mechanic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Adams County, Colorado.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
